Our work is conducted on a confidential basis and we will treat information developed in accordance with established professional standards. Our work will be conducted on a best effort basis. You recognize that in our consulting capacity, I have neither the control nor authority over agency owners, employees, contractors and others that may be necessary to achieve our objectives. However, we trust the results will meet the objectives sought. In any event, our liability for damages direct or consequential resulting from this work will be limited to the amount paid to us in any engagement.
