Seminars

Thompson seminars are tailored to meet specific client needs.  Our objective is for an immediate ROI – to have an impact that results in measurable participant action.  For those reasons, most presentations are directed to smaller groups (4-10) where direct participation is encouraged with individual comments, workshops and role play with leader and group critiques.  Our experience is that the best learning and behavioral change occurs when participants can “learn and apply”.  Frequently, these projects lead to follow up “advanced” seminars, exploring further refinements of practical application of new skills.
